First of all go to Design crowd  and register an a Designer.

Now you can select a project clicking on "Browse project". Here you can see like,

• Graphic Design 
• Logo Design
• Brochure design
• Business card design
• web site design
•  word press design projects.

1.  You should  select if that project can do only.It is depend on your skills.After that view the project list and read the details submitted by the project owner.If there is a project that you can do now start to do it.In selecting a job read comments and updates. because there are active and non active projects.after posting  projects some project owners ignore their projects due to some reasons. select a job stated as Payment prepaid - Guaranteed.
2. These are useful skills illustrator, Correldraw, photoshop, wordpress
3. You can ask requirements from the buyer
4. Firstly submit png or jpg of the your design.
5. Do your job according to requirements submitted by the project owner. you can do more than one design.
6. After submitting your design keep in touch.If buyer like your design he will  give feedback you. 
7. to view notification go to my profile and notifications
8. you can see feedback in yellow colour, message in blue colour and project alerts in red colour
9. Response immediately for their feedback ,message and project alerts
10. Do every changes for their requirements
11. Every thing is depend in your designing skills. But first time you will not be successful.Don't care try again
12. After approving your design ,Design crowd will pay you via paypal or moneybrokers.
